Comments:
Watch died weirdly yesterday so did not sleep with it - BB is a guess. 4 beers and feel fine was insanely blotted/full yesterday before I fell asleep. Beating the wind and rain thankfully for this run. Tomorrow, not so much. Debating on doing a double today so I can do less tomorrow with the guys before Rob's run Friday...probably should do that since tomorrow will be less than 10 for sure and windy...still have the bump on my ankle we'll see how that goes. Ankle bump hurt off tip but went away quick. Felt better thank yesterday but still heavy and tired. Unpro from lack of intensity and load. HR wack at the beginning again making garmin think this was 0.2 anaerobic first 2 miles about 159 max lol. Frustrating fitness feeling but time will tell.
