Comments:
Improved run and I felt pretty good. Although the time is still slow, this was easily my best run of the last week that I've "re-started" after my suspected Covid! Felt comfortable the whole way and ran a lot more - especially in the second half. Obviously, one hopes for continued improvement from here!
