Comments:
Didn't get up to run felt super tired - even with good recovery...regretful as usual. Didn't work in any doubles this week so will run Sunday 6ish. Got some more stuff on the nutrition front - choco milk, prezles, tart cherry, gels...we'll see. this run was good - rare afternoon run...felt pretty easy an chill until the last mile or so. Upper body/shoulders got tight and didn't feel loose. Knew it was <7 AVG pace around mile 2-3 overall solid.
