First day of official training. 16 weeks to the race. This week is cold and windy. Run with included strides 6-8 @ 4:30-5:00 pace / 3 min rest. Solid run did the strides over miles 4-6.7. 3,4,5,6th strides into the wind felt decent. Fucking cold out there hands hurt bad last 3-4 miles
