ouch.....lower abs were hurting this morning so I skipped my 'crunch' time in warm-up. But when I start my first run interval it felt like a NO GO today. Turned around and walked about 1/2 mile then tried a few steps and felt OK so continued with my easy intervals. Part of west end/east side/bus barn and home...
