Exercise Type: Run

I hate how running log messes up the order of the intervals. Anyway, I did:
2 mi warm-up
800m (2:35) 8 min rest
4x200m (0:35, 0:37, 0:37, 0:37) with 200 rest and rolling start
400m (1:16) 400 rest
600m (2:02) 400 rest
4x200m (0:37, 0:37, 0:37, 0:35) with 200 rest
1 mi cool down

This was my first track workout in a year and my first good track workout in probably 3, so I really have no idea what to expect at this point. But I think this went well... It was comforting to hear that I was running about the same pace as the other girls. After this week I'll be able to run at the same time as other people, so that will be helpful, I'm sure. I think I'm really going to try to relax on the over-distance days to make the most out of the workouts.
Shout-out to Coach Barnes for running the first 2.5 laps of the 8, and the 1st and 3rd of the 6 with me: It was a huge help.
