Comments:
Short sleeve. thing jacket, thin tights was good. Planned on getting up this morning to run as a must due to windy conditions in the afternoon butttt pretty sure I'm sick. Congested, headache and head pressure...BB wasn't great but not terrible, 75 wake up.
Warm up, 8x200M/3min, cool down to 70 min. Mini workout. 800s ranged 32.5-34.5 goal of 33ish. Hard to see in the datk. Felt fine despite feeling shit this morning. IDK about mile pace but solid. Will need to run 6 on Sunday..LR will blow tomorrow. Fitness it fucking wack. Only eplination is that I;m sick...increasing load and decreasing fitness is wild
