Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Dipped under 80 for the first time in around 6-7 weeks I think. That's ok. Had a race at the Armory so that's why--only did 15 instead of 17 for the long run the next day. That run felt pretty good considering I raced the previous night. The mile at the Armory went well too: 4:46, and closed in 68, so salvaged what was becoming a kind of complacent race around the midpoint. Pleased with where I am right now.
