Comments:
Gave my body more time to recover from last nights later run plus I was tired this morning but got good sleep. Hoping the wind isn't too bad at Moakley, we'll see. Using 5:20 HM, 5:10 10K, 5:00 5K paces. Overall great workout. Felt easy and smooth. Got a dark after the third rep and windy after the seond on the back strech without the wind 100% would have hit paces dead on. 2400m were easy for sure, slept on the 5th lap occasioanlly. 1200m were all difficult on last lap, hard to find pace.
