Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
ran 5 miles on the treadmill. My foot felt a lot better today than it did yesterday. I spent most of last night stretching my foot while I was watching TV. I will continue to do that every night. I did 3 sets of pull ups. My ab routine which has been kicking my ass and a set of pyramid push ups starting at ten. Didn't feel great today but it did feel better than most days.
