Weather: hot, sunny

didn't wear a watch, and didn't want to know my pace anyways. i was planning on waking up at 7, but i don't even remember the alarm going off. Haven't been this "tired" for a run since steeple practice after the triple-forty night, only this time i didn't have mike to entertain me and then convince me to try to jump over water barriers by saying that i shouldn't, so instead i ended up practicing for saturday's race on the trails my the meadow. It was exhilarating, and quite uncomfortable too, i'm not sure how three miles of bouncing around is going to go.
