Comments:
Good week to start but scratched from the 3k this weekend because of my foot hurting. Right where the toe connects to the foot--on my second toe--is where it hurts. Our trainer thinks it's the beginning of a stress reaction, so I'm supposed to bike for a few days and then try running again. Really disappointed that I couldn't race, but I think that since I caught this early, I should be back soon. Crossing my fingers.
