Ok this is time trial today. I totally prefer outside but treadmill is certainly better then nothing!!!
Warm up 1 mile easy
Get some strides in….
Stretch
Run 5k as fast as you can. Paces will obviously depend upon conditions!!!
Cooldown 1 to 2 mile easy
