Comments:
I had a really successful race day overall. This was the first time that i ever really "raced" a mile. I felt so successful and i felt so much better after running four seconds faster than when i ran the mile at the Developmental Meet. I really worked on standing up tall, quick feet, and keeping my arms low and relaxed. It was great!
