Comments:
Got to decent running by the end of the week with some good workouts. Did the same fartlek thing, this time with Luca, which didn't feel great but it was a solid workout. No long run, but things are looking up for next week running-wise. Gonna do normal afternoon mileage going forward without running doubles--will bike in the morning instead.
