Lazy morning. Woke up at 7, bed until 8:30, then just didn't do shit until this run. Amazing weather. Could have done short sleeve no gloves. Felt good. Ankle hurts throughout the run but is fine after about a mile...scary though. Double this afternoon. Was 40/60 but flipped it. Max HR first 1-2 again
