No breakfast this morning before the gym. Ran a pretty similar workout to Wednesday:

Curls (4x10 15s each arm, 2x10 20s, 4x10 15s)
Rows (4x10 20s)
Inclined Dumbbell Press (4x15 15s)
Lateral Pull downs (4x8 55)
1.1 Miles on the treadmill afterwards

had to be quick with my workout as I had lunch plans right after, but it went well! Definitely was a little fatigued, but overall nothing too out of the ordinary.
