Weather: Indoors @ West Gym
Comments:
Did a plyometrics workout inside the gym today. No breakfast before hand. Did the long warm up, and 3 minutes round the gym as cooldown for what amounts to probably .5 miles of running. The workout itself was divided into 3 agility and 3 force driven dynamics, done in an alternating set. The order of these were: High Knees, Bounds, Butt Kicks, Squat Jumps, Quick Feet, and Skips. The squat jumps were particularly killer, my quads and shoulder muscles are already feeling it
