Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
First official run since returning to Phoenix. Was training for PF Chang's marathon prior to my winter trip to Grand Rapids. Last long run was 10 miles. Ran 3 miles in the snow in Michigan which resulted in an IT Band injury. Ran a couple of times on a treadmill after the injury but 3 miles has been my absolute limit. Frustrating. I'm ready to ease back into running. Objective: Run for Fun.
