Comments:
Awesome day outside for running. had major Shin pain on the right leg for the fist mile and 1/2-but kept going and so glad i did. I felt like an actual runner today. (know what mean?) Diesel made a few stops though to smell the grass, kinda annoying, but he is "tired" now.
