Comments:
No breakfast today, having it afterwards as I wanted to go before the gym got too crowded. Wanted to start testing with increasing my weight for reps and did so with a ladder workout! I went 1 to 2 weights classes up in pretty much every exercise which I'm very excited about-- This progress will probably slightly fade over spring break as I won't have gym access, but oh well

(For all of these I did a 10 8 6 4 2 red ladder)
Dumbbell Curls (15,20,25)
Shrugs (20,25,30)
Lateral Should Press (15,20)
Lat pull downs (55, 70, 85)
Pulldown machine (55,60,65,70,75)
3x8 Rows (55)
