Comments:
Ran 4 miles on the treadmill at a 1.5% incline (Ihave been doing a 1.5% incline for all treadmill runs. Did 3 sets of pull ups my ab routine and a set of pyramid push ups starting at 10. I didn't feel any pain in my Achilles and only slight pain in the arch of my foot.
