Finally back in Binghamton and back to the gym! Usual breakfast and morning routine. Tried to run a very familiar workout just to get back into the swing of things:

5x10 Dumbbell Curls (20s each arm)
4x8 Inclined Dumbbell Bench (20s each arm)
4x10 Back Lateral Raises (15)
4x8 Dumbbell Rows (25)
4x15 Ab Crunches (40 45 50 50)
1.25 Miles on the treadmill afterwards, adding .2 in speed every .1 miles.
