Kac closed at 1, and i missed it, so I decided to go for a real run. I only wanted to do 3-5. I felt really shitty though, as I have in general the last few days. I was sluggish, my legs were wobbly, and my chest hurt. Shins were fine. Also, the last few days, my toes have been numb. hmmm,,,
