Looooooooong Run...

Weather: Cool and super humid

The marathon relay was still hanging in my legs partly because of a pretty intense 20 minutes worth of intervals on Tuesday. I also rode in a car for about 3 hours shortly before we started. By 13 miles, I was ready to be done. REALLY ready to be done. I was just completely exhausted. We still finished up the run pretty well, and I'm not disappointed. I have a couple of easy days coming up, so the race on Sunday should be great.
