Did not go in the morning for once-- I had a crack in my car windshield, so I took care of that in the morning and did a quick run to the gym right before closing. Had to do very quick sets for my workout:

3x20 ab crunch (55)
10-8-6-4 Rows (55 60 65 76)
3x15 DB side curls (17.5)
3x8 Db shoulder press (17.5)
