Another rushed day at the gym-- Ended up having to go between classes, so had a very condensed workout.
4x20 rows (65-70-70-65)
3x15 db side curls (17.5)
3x12 back lateral db raise (20)
4x8 pulldown (45 60 75 65)
Overall, not the greatest workout, gym was packed so I couldn't do everything I wanted, and I was rushing so the set breaks were not as long as they should've been, but you work with the hand you're dealt I suppose
