3x12 db rows each arm (25)
4x15 back lat db raise (15)
4x8 shoulder press (15 15 15 17.5

Was a decent workout overall. Gym was super crowded so I kind of just wanted to get out of there as opposed to stand around wait for machines, so I just used what was avaialble
