Normal Breakfast routine today--

we did a tempo ladder on the track! a 1-2-3-4-5 with a minute rest in between (ended up having some extra time between 3 and 4). The workout felt okay until the last 5 minute split, I was gassed for that last interval. Marty and Marie took off and I just couldn't, my legs were cooked. Overall, workout felt good, was busy with an exam so didn't get a chance to work out the past few days so I was thankful to be active in this nice weather
