6x10 Sitting db curl (20s each arm)
4x10 inclined db press (20s)
3x10 back lat db raises (15s)
15-12-10-8 ab crunch (45 50 55 60)
Managed to have the time for a longer workout which felt good! tried experimenting with some until failure reps at the end of sets for this workout, went well
