Comments:
2 mile warmup, 800 race then did an 8 mile cooldown.

Race breakdown: started out a second slower than i wanted was 28, 57, 128, 200.64. didn't feel strong on second lap, well i felt like i could have held 63 pace easily, but couldn't really surge, should have gone out in the lead or right behind leader instead i ran the race in 4th place.not a solid race but not terrible.
