Comments:
Ran up Prospecthill Rd and back through Gorbals and up P'shaws rd. GHETTO. Was chilling out most of the way but per mmr is def 8 mile loop. Actually probably going bit fast at that start cause slowed down towards the end. Need to keep it at 6 - 8 per day for the next few weeks. And try get 45 - 50 mpw.
