*Ran around my neighborhood, wish I’d been at the track though for distance purposes*
Warm up 1 mile easy
Run 1 mile moderate.. maybe low 8’s
Take full recovery…
Run 4x 300m fast! With 1 min rest in between
300m is 3/4 of a lap and .17 miles on gps
Cooldown easy as you feel
