Comments:
The easy stretches of the run were between 6:59 and 7:45 min/mile. The first 6-mile tempo stretch was between 6:29 and 6:36 min/mile. The second 2-mile tempo stretch was at an average of 6:41 min/mile. It was a hard run. I wore shoes that were minimalist and it was painful.
