Comments:
Felt pretty smooth and relaxed. Used the mantra: this is when we get stronger. Really wanted to get 7 in. Ran the bridge to downtown and back, plus a little Bishop stuff. Sprinted the last quarter mile or so (the last .1 for sure). Felt strong and super good at the end.
Splits: 8:00, 7:59, 8:47, 8:23, 8:29, 9:03, 8:14.
