This is a combination workout..

Warm up 1 mile easy

Be sure to get strides and stretches in…

Run 600m (.36 miles )fast!!

I think anything between 6:30 and 7 pace would be great.

Take a full 3 min recovery


Go to the outside lanes and run 5 min at tempo pace (much more moderate. I think 8 to 8:15 pace would be great)??

Rest 3 min

Repeat that whole set twice for 3 sets!!!

This is a hard but doable workout if you push the 600 and keep the 5 min tempo fast but controlled.

Cooldown easy as you feel!!
