Biking "Cross Country"

I did the "cross country" option on the bike. 5 minute warmup and cooldown on either side. It was anywhere from 1 to 18 in difficulty. It was hard, my heart rate was in the 170's at times. After, 12 minutes of abs, and Adam's workout.
