Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Warm up 10 min easy
Run a 15 min tempo where you are not worried about pace but are progressing in effort every 5 min.
So start at regular easy pace in 9’s. .
Speed up at 5 and then again at 10.
You can look at pace at the end!!
Take a 3 min break
And then repeat a 15 min interval. BUT this time with no progression.
Just trying to maintain a steady, comfortably hard tempo pace.
Obviously much will depend on conditions and terrain, but let’s try to make the first 15 progressive and the 2nd 15 steady!
