Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Warm up .5 miles easy
Then I want you to Run 2 x 1 mile NO faster than HM pace ( let’s say low to mid 8’s for now)
Rest 2 min in between those
Then run 1 mile fast (more like 5k or 10k pace so sub 8 if possible)
Rest 4 min
Go back to 1 mile at HM tempo pace
If feel good, can do an extra one. But the 5th is up to you.
This is not all out mile repeats at all!!!
All except for one are at HM pace
