75 min time based run…
For every 7:15 min of easy running, pick up pace for 45 sec. Fast.
Not so fast that you have to walk…
Run 7:15 easy again, then faster for 45 and so on until you hit 75 total.
You may need some fuel and especially drink for this one!!!
