Increasing mileage again!
Looking for 8 miles..
There is no specific workout in this, but let’s run “as you feel”.
Can always pick up pace if feeling good. Otherwise it’s just easy time on your feet!!
You may want to have little Gatorade or something for this one.
Next long run, you will need real fuel for!
