Comments:
Simple Fartlik.
Nothing too crazy this week
45 min run as follows!
Warm up 5 min easy
Run 90 sec. Moderately fast (not too hard! Just a notch faster then tempo pace)
Jog super easy 1 min.
Run 1 min a tad faster.
Jog 90 sec. Super easy
Repeat that 5 min pattern 5 times for 6 sets and 30 min!!!
Again, this is not about pure speed, but just getting the pace up to a moderate effort..
The jogs can be easy!!
Cooldown 10 min easy to make it 45 min for the day!!
