Comments:
Ended up spending the day at mechanic and at home. Glad I got it taken care of but damn... got me shook up. Glad weather was nice and a good crew showed up for a run. We just did out and back on Wasson. There were lots of people out there but we eventually got into a good pace. I struggled a little bit on the way back wasn't feeling as good as yesterday.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Took it back easy and then stretched and rehydrated. Weather is changing and this is super important going forward.
