Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
tried to do a quick 5 mile run to see how low I could get my average mile time, but it was a disappointing 9.5. I guess it's not bad considering I wasn't feeling it pretty much the entire time, but still lots of room for improvement. Want to get that under 8 by next month.
