Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
i tried to do brian's route but i got us lost basically...it's like a metaphor for life. good easy run but legs felt kinda tired and not fresh from yesterday so it was a slow run but not as easy as it should have been yet. tomorrow will be an easy 7 with asger 5 hours later than when we ran today. the plan is 42 in 6 days this week. i think i'll be in fine shape for practice.
