Training Run at Bridal Trails

Exercise Type: Run

Very muddy so lots of bad footing.

This is the first I've watched my heartrate to try to keep it in a specific zone. I tried to stay in Zone 3 for the majority of the workout and really trying to avoid Zone 4. Went further than otherwise would've.
