Comments:
Felt OK. Just cruised. Wanted to do 10, but felt good and decided 16 would be good for the weekly goal. Knee pain went away about 2 miles in, but ached at times. Felt like I pushed the last 2 hard, the rest was pretty comfy. 3:30 still seems like the right goal for the marathon cuz 7:45 is more sustainable than 7:30.
