Comments:
Feeling better today got some good sleep. Ran my errands then waited for sun to be out and warm up nice. Ran out in Richmans. Going was kinda tough but I was pushing the pace. Rolled my ankle right as I got in there. Wow, its been a while but why not? Throw what ever shit you got at me, like I give a fuck... It hurt a bit but walked it off a little bit then decided to just keep going. It settled in but I didnt push the mileage came back out on Madison and Observatory.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched when I got back. Legs pretty sore I think they were sore from run yesterday too. Mostly around my hips. Did some mobility in my ankle then threw on a brace. Hope that keeps swelling down but there isn't much I can do to it at this point.
