Comments:
Drove up to CLE today. As always feels like a long grind. Good to get out of town a little bit today through. Phil and I went down and ran on campus for some fun. Started out on Northside then looped through the quad, up the elephant stairs, then back overlook and down Mayfield and little Italy. we held a good pace and it was fun just to see all the changes on campus. It felt great and natural and appreciated after a long drive.
Essentials: Stretch
Didnt stretch that much we hopped right in to the car and drove to get food adventure down Cedar and Mayfield. Fine my legs can handle it right now
