Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Got some sleep on the air mattress then it was up and out to fit in a quick workout. Rained last night and it was a little damp and dreary early in the morning but we got to it on the Kirtland Track. Phil was doing 12 400s at tempo pace so I hopped in for every other and jogged around in the interim. I needed those rest cycles since I haven't done a workout in a long time. But I held my own on the sections and it was fun to go fast like that. Surprisingly good.

Ok stretched for like two seconds then we got off and went for a donut run at Pattersons before getting back and getting ready for eclipse chaos.
